There was a slight rattling noise which I thought was originating from my wheels/ brakes, so I called up and spoke with Shaun who always moves mountains for anyone I've seen walking through the doors. He easily fit me in with a walk in appointment to meet with Anthony one of their highly regarded service specialist, upon arrival I was warmly greeted by NAME! , which instantly makes you feel at home, here everyone takes the time to genuinely make you a part of the Amazing Princeton Porsche Family. Anthony introduced himself with a big smile and a friendly hand shake. I handed over the keys, and he patiently listened to my concerns, we drove around the parking lot, he listened to the performance of the vehicle, to see if we could hear the noise I was trying to describe. After taking into consideration my concerns, he offered his expert opinion. He suggested the steering column needed lubrication, adding regardless we want you to feel safe, so we will run a full diagnostic also.
