Attention to every detail. Courteous, helpful and Profession I have been fortunate to find my 2015 Macan S in the care of Brett Tokai at Porsche of Princeton. After three experiences with Brett I look forward to I have been fortunate to find my 2015 Macan S in the care of Brett Tokai at Porsche of Princeton. After three experiences with Brett I look forward to my next service interval. Brett always fits me in when it is most convenient for me. He offers pick up and drop off of my vehicle when my workdays are too long to get in. Of course I enjoy visiting the showroom to see other models. Brett always has a loaner no matter how short my expected service. He calls in advance if he wants the mechanic or detailers to finish right. Also kept me in the loaner overnight so my sparkling clean car needn't be driven home in the rain. Brett is careful to explain every detail of the work and he checks in advance any unexpected costs or options. Best service I have had considering Mercedes, Audi and BMW in Princeton area. Awesome Service! I had a problem with factory battery and Brett Tokar went out of his way to ensure this problem was taken care of quickly with great service. We live I had a problem with factory battery and Brett Tokar went out of his way to ensure this problem was taken care of quickly with great service. We live almost two hours away from the Dealership and Brett arranged for a tow truck to pick up our car and then had the tow return with a loaner car. When the car was repaired, a Dealership employee returned my car to my home. I've never had service like this before - simply awesome! I'd also like to note that Brett was always polite, professional, and timely with keeping me informed. Great job, Brett! More
