Robert is a true professional in every sense of the word. He worked with me each day to accommodate my trades and make the deal a win-win for both. I bought the car sight-unseen and took delivery on July 7th from a auto transport company sent to NJ with my trades, returning with the Porsche. No surprises. Everything was meticulously taken care of by the staff at Princeton, including being educated as to how to complete an out of state purchase, for which I had no experience until being coached through the process. I could go on and on, but I'll leave the readers of this review with the following.....make contact with Robert Vitalis and you will get the best, most honest deal for the vehicle that you've always dreamed of, and your experience will be as good as mine. B When my windshield cracked from a stone thrown from a passing truck, my first call was to Brett Tokar, my service writer at Porsche of Princeton. Brett assured me he was able to get OEM glass and the specialized technician to install the new windshield. My next call was to my insurance agent. I put the insurer in touch with Brett to discuss pricing and, after the carrier was satisfied that the dealership was quoting a fair price for the parts and labor, I received a check for the job as quoted. As usual, Brett was quick to schedule my visit for the repair and supplied me with a Porsche loaner he knew I would enjoy.--a brand new Macan S. My 911 was returned to me as promised. I can eagerly recommend the service team at Porsche of Princeton. I always feel that my car and I are in good hands there. More

Service mishaps and errors People are nice at the dealership and attentive. That said, there is always something wrong or errors made that I have to look out for after service.
