Brett Tokar, Sandy Infante and Kevin Black are always there with a genuine smile and greeting that makes you feel welcome. Brett is always attentive to my needs and elevated obsessiveness with my cars and quest for perfection. Kevin always looks out for my comfort and Ralph in service and Stephen in parts work magic to make sure every need I present is addressed as best they can. I never feel like I was short changed on my needs. Mike Sarro in service is a miracle worker with a great attitude and a great ability to make me feel like he cares about my concerns and problems. Healthy Car I had a really bad shaking in my steering. Brett Tokar had the problem analyzed and explained completely what needed to be fixed. Great service after my Macan S was involved in an accident! As always, Sandy Infante was invaluable! My Macan S had been involved in an accident and needed body work that had to be done off site. She assisted with the pickup and delivery of my car by the outside shop -- letting me know when my car had been picked up, providing my keys and paperwork to the shop, and then informing me when my car came back. She also arranged for two service campaigns to be completed before I picked up my Macan. Sandy went above and beyond to help me through this experience! More
