Sandi arranged for a valet service and Mario dropped of my loaner at my home and picked up my vehicle. What a convenience. My service went according to plan and accommodated my needs. I am rating my service experience as highlyas possible, not because there was a complicated mechanical problem (there wasn't) but because it was just a periodic visit for an oil change. The degree of cooperation that was exhibited is what is promptng me to write. The dealership closed at 6 PM on a very rainy Friday night, there were numerous delays on Route 1 and I was running very late (well past 6). Another dealership might have closed but Gene stayed late for me and enabled me to return the loaner that was provided and to pick-up my car.
