I just bought a 2014 Cayman from Porsche of Princeton. The whole experience was wonderful. Michael was an exemplary sales specialist who was totally respectful and professional at all times. This was my The whole experience was wonderful. Michael was an exemplary sales specialist who was totally respectful and professional at all times. This was my first time where I DID NOT encounter any male chauvinism from anyone! For the first time in my life, from the receptionist to the sales manager, everyone was friendly and helpful. To feel welcome and equal is indeed a great feeling. It doesn't happen often to me, or to most women, especially in car dealerships, but when it all falls into place easily, its an unforgettable experience. Michael took the time to find the right car for me and my needs willingly and very efficiently. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured during negotiations. He is exceptional at number crunching and calculated financing issues very very quickly. Michael, also, delivered the car to my home and that too was a very good experience. Michael is one of those rare gems that one comes across a few times in one's life, and a true gentleman. I recommend Michael and Porsche of Princeton without any reservations. More
Just bought the new 2014 Cayman S. The whole experience couldnt have been easier, thanks to the work and advice of Jens and the manager Gary. The negotiation and processing, once the purchase was made went couldnt have been easier, thanks to the work and advice of Jens and the manager Gary. The negotiation and processing, once the purchase was made went smoothly. I felt I was listened to and that they did everything they could to satisfy my needs. It was a pleasnt surprise as a couple of previous visits had left me feeling there was a lack of concern about what the customer wanted. Indeed, on one occassion the salesman was more interested in getting the vin numbers of the cars I would be trading instead of listening to what I wanted to buy. I did hesitate to go back but things seem to have changed and I am very happy I did. Looking forward to a similar experience from their Service dept. From reviews I have read, that expectation should be met. More
Dan was my salesman on a 2014 Cayman. He was friendly, price negotiations were easy and civil and I was never "double teamed by a salesman and sales manager. That is the point when I have walked out on a price negotiations were easy and civil and I was never "double teamed by a salesman and sales manager. That is the point when I have walked out on a new vehicle purchase in the past (not at Porsche of Princeton). The sales manager, Gary took care of all the logistics with a minor electrical problem with the car after I took delivery and the next day, when I brought it in to the service dept., Gene was literally waiting for me in the parking lot with a mechanic at the ready. I was in and out within about 10 minutes. More

I have had excellent experience with Princeton Porsche and Richard. They are very accommodating and explain everything in detail. Richard went out of his way on this last visit to look into a lingering issue that I have had on my hatch release and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. He is also very knowledgeable and able to explain what they can do and why (mainly Porsche's strict service protocols) and able to recommend alternative approaches. I have also had similar friendly advice from anyone I have talked to at the dealership regarding Parts or interest in cars at the dealership. More
A few years ago I went to this dealership to purchase my first Porsche. A very BAD experience. After three visits and after providing a list of desired features I felt that the sales woman didn't want my bu first Porsche. A very BAD experience. After three visits and after providing a list of desired features I felt that the sales woman didn't want my business. I return after I purchased my first 996 and was spoken to rudely. I wrote Porsche to elaborate on my perception of how this dealership was run. THAT WAS THEN AND THIS IS NOW! What a difference staffing can make to customer appreciation! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Several months ago I had some mechanical issues that were outside my realm and was forced to "Drive to Workshop"! Begrudgingly I return to my least favorite Porsche Dealership. To my surprise I was greeted like a long lost family member! I was welcomed and treated better than expected concerning the hour. Mr Mahan quickly provided transportation so my day was not further complicated. I was contacted early that same morning. My issues were taken care of quickly and with the appropriate detail. The service manager, Rich, explained and answered all of my concerns. I am pleased that the Porsche representatives at Princeton Porsche understand what is important to the Porsche owners. In my opinion Time, Respect, Understanding and Trust are imperative. From the receptionist to the Service Manager and Sales Associates I felt that this is one of the best establishments in the country. Roswell Porsche sorry to say were just trumped. Also, I am pleased to say that Rich went out of his way to get me out to see the 918 in Toronto. I didn't know what I was missing and now I am hoping that one will be in my garage in the near future. I dropped my car off for annual maintenance and they were good enough to squeeze me in the same day that I called. That was the best part of the whole experience. When my annual maintenance was completed I good enough to squeeze me in the same day that I called. That was the best part of the whole experience. When my annual maintenance was completed I was then hit with the sales pitch to fix several items which would have totaled over $1000 including $80 alone to change a wiper. One wiper would have set me back $80. I know it's Porsche but that's extremely excessive for what I can do on my own for only $20. Over $700 for tires I could buy from Tire Rack for $450. Then I was told around 4:00pm that my car would be ready in 20 minutes, but they might not have time to wash it, which is pretty standard fare at any Porsche dealer I take my car to so being told I might not get it was complimentary (and nothing is really complimentary when at a Porsche dealer really because of cost markups elsewhere). I asked if they could pick me up from work at 5:00pm since I needed a ride back to the dealer. A little annoying since I needed a ride to my office and I'm not sure how they thought I was getting back to dealer if not with a ride. I was told that 5pm was no problem and then proceeded to wait until 5:50pm before asking a co-worker leaving the building if they happened to be going in that direction to get a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. I will probably not being going back to this dealership as their poor customer service was why I did not buy my car from them in the first place. They had what I wanted on the lot but the salesman I originally spoke to several years ago wouldn't really give me the time of day nor talked any pricing on the car I was looking at. I didn't get that from any of the other local Porsche dealerships I dealt with prior to my purchase. More
