Joshua Vigil was responsive and provided great service! I'd been searching for the 2020 White Porsche Macan GTS w/ red leather interior and a particular package I wanted for a while. Low and behold, on 8/4 I'd been searching for the 2020 White Porsche Macan GTS w/ red leather interior and a particular package I wanted for a while. Low and behold, on 8/4 I saw that this dealership received one that wasn't on hold yet. I called the dealership and got someone who didn't seem interested nor clearly knew anything about what I was talking about. I then reached out on their website and instantly connected with Joshua and asked if him if he could quickly provide photos of the car, and he didn't disappoint. Joshua sent me 11 photos and there she was! A beauty and beast all rolled up into one. Needless to say, I gave them a pint of blood that day and then some to make sure that car didn't creep up and out of there. Once secured, I was off to the races to get the purchase agreement signed. They sent a reputable notary, whom I've used before to sign the required documents. 10 days later, Josha then arranged for Grade A transport to deliver the vehicle, which was delivered at 10:30 p.m. The transport driver did an excellent job and not a scratch. I will say, this car is nothing like the Mecan S I test drove. Not the interior, nor the exterior. And I was nervous purchasing a car sight unseen. Although I've only drove it twice, the appearance and performance of this car undoubtably exceeds my expectations thus far. It's just simply a bad a__ machine! Overall, Joshua did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. He was super responsive and very professional. However, what eroded the 1 star was my initial contact w/ the first sales agent and the discrepancies from the initial conversation w/ the finance guy vs. what was written in the agreement I received w/ the notary. There were two items of importance that had changed since our conversation (yes, I take detailed notes). And despite bringing it up during the signing, they weren't going to change it. Instead I was given the option not to move forward w/ it. Well, cancelling wasn't an option since it took me this long to find this car. So I sucked up the two discrepancies and moved on. Taken as a whole, the deal went smoothly. Joshua is very enthusiastic, great to work with and he made it happen. He’s your go-to man! Thank you sir! More

My husband and I came into to look into purchasing the Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Our product specialist, Rob Owens, was more than amazing. He was calm, didn’t rush us, and made sure to explain the vehicle from front to rear end. Just bought my Panamera at Riverside Porsche and loving it. We live an 1 1/2 away and they have a much bigger inventory than the dealerships in our area.
