This is my first Porsche and he made the experience very special. He was very attentive and helped guide me through the process as I specced out the vehicle just the way I wanted. Bob offered very knowledgable suggestions and insight to ensure I built the car exactly the way I wanted and needed. Bob kept me apprised every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly where along the build process my vehicle was. When time came to take delivery of my vehicle both Bob and Filomena were more than accommodating. Bob took his time unlike a lot of reps to really spend a lot of time with me going over all of the features of the vehicle. Filomena was quite delightful to deal with and made sure my LoJack was installed almost immediately after the purchase. I am very satisfied to say the least and would recommend Walters Porsche and more specifically Bob McDonald if you are in the market for a new Porsche. More

The vehicle was delivered to my place and Ryan was very knowledgeable on showing me the driving panels and the different screens. My car was delayed at the port but Giovanni provided me with r Just purchased a GTS from Giovanni and Michael at Walter's and had a great experience. My car was delayed at the port but Giovanni provided me with regular updates on the status of my car and Michael gave me a nice test drive with the vehicles I was interested in. When I requested a paint meter check on the car when it came in, Giovanni sent me photos of each panel with the paint meter reading to assure me everything was in order. The delivery was smooth as could be and was gone in less than two hours. Giovanni took the time to make sure all the controls were understood and my phone was connected to the PCM. Certainly worth the trip to Riverside after getting the runaround with a lot of the LA County dealers, which I won't name! Highly recommend to ask for Giovanni and Michael, they're partners at the dealership, More

Not only are Porches great cars, but the customer service and attention that I receive from Tim is invaluable, which is why I went to Walter's Porche for my 2nd one. I got my 2015 Cayenne in March 2015, and then couldn't wait to get another one. So, in Feb 2016, I got my Carrera 4s. Both are great vehicles for my specific needs. One is a daily driver and the other is a weekend toy. If you are in the market for great vehicles, and happen to entertain the idea of getting a Porche, give Walter's a try. Hopefully, it'll work out as good for you as it did for me. More

awesome 911 Experience I was scheduled to bring my Cayman for return lease car chech up and was hosted by Tim Churchill, Although my lease was not due yet, but Mr. Churchi I was scheduled to bring my Cayman for return lease car chech up and was hosted by Tim Churchill, Although my lease was not due yet, but Mr. Churchill advised me I should get the 911 Carrera now as there was not many cars available with the color I want. I took his advise and renewal the new lease with my dream car. With Walter Porsche's great helped I was able to received my February payment refund in timely manner. Mr. Churchill was very professional and knowledgeable and assisted me with functions of my vehicle. I enjoyed the hole time I was there and I love my 911. Thanks Tim. More

Although I was, "just looking", he was very professional and inquired about my needs/wants and answered a multitude of questions I had about both new and used vehicles. Great customer service brings people back and it did in this case. I came back the next day excited to work out a deal on a new GTS. Frank, sales manager, got involved as we worked through a difficult situation on my trade. Both Frank and Ryan kept me informed as we worked through it and were transparent about what needed to happen. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle, the dealership and most importantly the people who helped me. Filomena, Ryan and Frank made a sometimes difficult transaction very easy and a pleasure.
