This is the second car I have purchased from Walters Porsche, and the customer service experience was (once again) outstanding. I worked with John Beech on my Macan purchase (as well as my previous Porsche purchase); he is a real pro. John is a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable of all the Porsche vehicles. Walters gave me a very fair trade-in on my Toyota 4 Runner; maybe I can thank the fact that they were not super busy due to the big fight and basketball/hockey playoffs! John took me on a great test ride to put the Macan through it's paces and I was sold. Before going through finance and signing the purchase documents, I explained to John that my wife (who was not with me!) needed to sign the documents as well in order to keep me out of hot water! John got approval to follow me home back to Orange County so my wife could sign all the documents. Thanks for everything John……I will certainly be back for my next Porsche at some point in the future!! More

Best car buying experience 3 days ago, I called Walters Porsche and made an offer for a Mecan S with Taylor Ferguson, 5 minutes later, I accepted their counter offer, it was fa 3 days ago, I called Walters Porsche and made an offer for a Mecan S with Taylor Ferguson, 5 minutes later, I accepted their counter offer, it was fair and reasonable, the whole process was so pleasant and efficient.The next day, I picked up the car and even trade in my Audi Q5. Paper work took about 20 minutes and after that Taylor spent an hour going thru the new car , he was patient and answered all our questions. I live near the Pasadena area and this will be my third Porsche and this has been the best car buying experience I ever had. Four Porsches later (after a 356A, 914, and a 987 Boxster) thanks to Scott McCloud and Walter's Porsche, I now have the pleasure of owning a late model 981 Boxster S, which has to be one of the best examples of Porsche design and engineering ever! After seeing the car for sale on the Walter's web site I went to the dealership to have a closer look. Scott saw me looking over the car on the lot and came out and introduced himself. He showed me the car and all of its many features that I'd been reading about, and then we took test drive. Wow!! This was exactly the one I was looking for, including the (rare) 6 speed manual option. We went back to his office and discussed purchasing details and options. The next day after thinking it over, I told Scott I was happy with the deal we had discussed and was ready to buy the car. He then had the car washed and detailed and readied for pickup. After signing all the papers I was soon on my way to my newest Porsche unique driving experience! Wow--what a great car! And what a pleasurable purchasing experience, the BEST ever(!), was with Scott McCloud, a very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable rep, and I'm sure a great asset to Walter's Porsche. The 5th time is the charm! More

The drive out to Riverside will turn LA folks away especially considering their is a Porsche dealership in Beverly Hills, but it is well worth it. Surprising I had been searching for a new 911 Turbo for quite a while that checked all the boxes I needed. I saw a beautiful Turbo S at Walter's Riverside onlin I had been searching for a new 911 Turbo for quite a while that checked all the boxes I needed. I saw a beautiful Turbo S at Walter's Riverside online. So I made an appointment for late Friday night since I was driving in from Orange County. I got there late in the evening, and there were people to meet me, and Tim Churchill, who said he would be there, was there. The Turbo was brought in front of their beautiful dealership, test drove it, decided I had to have it, and went into negotiations. It went really well and I was completely satisfied. Everybody at Walters was great. Finance was a breeze. Then Tim spent over an hour in the Turbo with me going over all the new stuff. It was well worth it, even knowing I've been driving 911's for over 30 years. I didn't leave the dealership until after 11 PM, but there wasn't a hint of trying to get me out the door sooner. Tim and his coworkers and Walter's are a class act. Porsche buyers should seriously consider Walters for their next Porsche. More
