Over the years, he's always been fair and given me great deals, so why wouldn't I come back? Plus, being a female, I have had other dealerships talk down to me like I am a silly girl, but Bob has always treated me with respect. One of my friends bought a Cayman from Walter's after I told him he had to go there. He even drove 2-3 hours in traffic just to get his car serviced at Walter's! Another friend is chomping at the bit to buy a Cayman as well and I told him to go to Walter's. I am a Porsche girl at heart and I will always be a loyal customer to Bob and Walter's Porsche. I asked him to inspect the drive shaft to see if it's still in good condition. He kept me informed and found some cracks and fixed under my CPO warranty. His service was impeccable from the start by friendly greeting to the end. Very knowledgeable, swift, professional.
