I first went in to Walters in November of 2013, looking to trade in my Porsche for a newer one. I met Tim, who quickly introduced himself and took time to find out what my needs and wants were. He selec to trade in my Porsche for a newer one. I met Tim, who quickly introduced himself and took time to find out what my needs and wants were. He selected and showed me new and used cars, that fit within what I was looking for. However, at that time we could put not a deal together for the trade in of my Porsche for the one I had finally decided on. That was the end of that. But, in January Tim called me to say the Porsche I was looking at was still available, and suggested I was again visit Walters. Tim was persistent and accommodating and put together a deal for me to take my Porsche in trade and get me into the one I wanted. After the deal was done, most sales people are done, but not Tim. Every question or concerned I might have he was available and took whatever steps it took to help. Even the smallest of items, such as not receiving registration tags, one call to Tim and he followed it through until I received them. He has called several times to make sure everything with my Porsche purchase was to my satisfaction. Love my new Porsche, got just what I wanted, Thanks to Tim Churchill.
