Exceptional does not begin to describe the service I received from Ed McRae and Bob McDonald at Walter’s Porsche in Riverside. My experiences with Bob and Ed began in November 2012, when a new Boxster received from Ed McRae and Bob McDonald at Walter’s Porsche in Riverside. My experiences with Bob and Ed began in November 2012, when a new Boxster S was delivered to an event I was attending. I had been interested in ordering a 2012 Cayman R from another dealer, but the experience was so unpleasant that I postponed doing anything. My November conversation with Bob and Ed was encouraging and I asked to be notified when the 2014 Cayman S would be available. A short time after our meeting I received and email from Bob McDonald inviting me to Porsche’s invitation only world reveal of the new Cayman/Cayman S before the LA Auto Show. At the reveal, Ed explained the steps necessary to order the Cayman S of my dreams – a remarkably simple and reasonable process. On December 25th Bob McDonald sent an email saying Porsche was accepting orders for the 2014 Cayman S. After a couple of conversations to explain options and administrative details, Bob submitted my order for a Guards Red Cayman S. The car was anticipated to be at Walter’s in late April. During the four months waiting period, I received email updates from Bob McDonald and had a couple of conversation with Ed McRae. As anticipated my Guards Red 2014 Cayman S arrived on April 26. It is particularly impressive in all of my conversations with Ed and Bob; they were always on the same page. The details were always the same whether Ed or Bob was talking. This continuity of details was particularly appreciated when completing the paperwork. The paperwork took a reasonable amount of time and everything was clearly communicated. When everything was done Bob spent approximately 20-30 minutes explaining the features of the car including importing the phone book from my iPhone into the phone system of the Cayman S. Bob’s communication style was unhurried and thorough. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I picked up the Cayman S. The 2014 Cayman S is more than anticipated at any time during this process. My husband and I decided to purchase a new Porsche. We visited a Porsche dealership in Pasadena and another one in Newport Beach. We were NOT impressed with either one. We then decided to visit Walter's Porsche of Riverside. From the minute we walked in, we felt so much more comfortable and certain that we were at the right place. We feel Walter's deserves a FIVE STAR rating. Our experience of buying our first 2013 911 Carrera went so smoothly. Tim Churchill was the best salesman to deal with. He never pressured us. He provided us with the information and knowledge we needed to make a good decision on our purchase. Tim even helped us to arrange a tour of the Porsche Factory in Germany. We did the tour while we were waiting for our car to be delivered to the United States. Ed McRae, the General Manager of Walter's, was very warm and welcoming. He provided us with a lot of good information about the Porsche clubs and about the car itself. Andy Bartoli, the Finance Manager, was great to deal with. Dreading the paperwork part of the deal, Andy made this one of the easiest car buying transactions we've ever experienced. Based on our great buying experience at Walter's, we also plan on using their service department for all of our service needs for our Carrera. Walter's has an incredible team of people and we are more than pleased to recommend them. Thank you Walter's for helping us get our dream car. More

We just purchased a 2013 Cayenne Diesel from Walter's Porsche and would highly recommend this dealership. Timothy Churchill was our salesman and he went out of his way to meet all our needs. As the current region President of one of the largest Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't fami Porsche Club regions in the country, I've worked with Walter's, and in particular Ed, on many occasions over the last few years. Since I wasn't familiar with Walter's at the time, it is not the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. However, having experienced their customer service, new and used vehicle pricing, and commitment to the brand, not only personally but through a great number of our club members, it IS the only Porsche dealership I now consider for any of my vehicle needs. I commute to them from OC, and the short 30 minute drive is well worth the effort. Thanks Ed for all your help! More

Both Cory Williams and Steve Caruso were very professional and easy to work with. Neither applied any high pressure tactics, instead they both focused on answering my questions and providing c professional and easy to work with. My experience with both of them was that they were very friendly, helpfull, honest and knowledgable. They were also very helpful regarding out of state purchases relating to tax issues and registration of the vehicle in my home state of Minnesota. As I was dealing from out of State, and over the phone - their responses and return calls were very important in my decision - and as it turned out, their responses were very accurate and not misleading. Both Cory and Steve also provided and arranged the transportation of the vehicle to my home state of Minnesota. I would not hesitate to recommend both Cory and Steve to my family and friends.
