Service Advisor Michael Barcelona was great! My Boxster was in for its scheduled maintenance plus some warning lights that need to be inspected and may require repairs. Mike gave me a reasonable repair cost estimate and explained every aspect of it. In addition, they were very busy that day and may require us to leave my car for a day or two but Mike did his best to get my car done and ready in 4 hours. Mike is very friendly and nice to have a general conversation with but at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. It was a terrific experience and will definitely come back for future maintenance service and repairs. Thank you Mike! More

My windshield was cracked on a trip to Phoenix. I could have had the dealership in Scottsdale replace it, but because of my loyalty to Porsche Riverside, as a result of their excellent attention I could have had the dealership in Scottsdale replace it, but because of my loyalty to Porsche Riverside, as a result of their excellent attention to my Mecan on previous occasions, I drove it back to them for replacement. There was an annoying (and needless) incident with my insurance company but Cody Allen, my service advisor, stepped in and made the replacement happen. Always the best of customer care. More
