First timer service experience. I wouldn’t have expected any less. Was met a warm welcome. I was able to work a portion of the time in their nicely appointed lounge. Porsche of Riverside is farther from my office than the other Porsche Dealership. However, the pleasant customer experience and professional problem-solving skills with service consultant Henry Quezada and other Porsche Dealership. However, the pleasant customer experience and professional problem-solving skills with service consultant Henry Quezada and service technician Eddie Hernandez was worth the trip for sure! Highly recommended by a 2020 Cayenne owner!! More

My car had yellow warning lights on mutiple ocassions showing: “GRA/ACC Fault Driving Permitted” & “Engine Control Fault Consult a Workshop Driving Permitted”. 😔 Each time I bring it to Walter’s Pors showing: “GRA/ACC Fault Driving Permitted” & “Engine Control Fault Consult a Workshop Driving Permitted”. 😔 Each time I bring it to Walter’s Porsche Riverside for service, my Service Manager Cody Allen is always ready & available to help me. He’s very patient & understanding & takes time to educate me about the possible causes of my car’s issues. He earnestly tries his best, within his power & capacity, to find solutions to my car’s issues. 👍🏼 Although it’s frustrating to keep on bringing my car back for service because the warning lights still persist despite having been supposedly addressed by the service technicians, I still kept my religion with Porsche because of the way Cody Allen treats me & handles my car’s issues. I always tell Cody Allen that I know that he’s doing his best & it’s not his fault that my car’s issues kept on recurring, as it is perhaps a defect caused by Porsche’s manufacturing & production departments.😔 One thing is for sure: Walter’s Porsche Riverside is quite blessed to have Cody Allen in its team!💪🏼 More
