I recently took my Cayenne in for belt and light replacement. I was quickly greeted by someone and directed to the waiting area. A few minutes later, Michael Barcelona came out and greeted me as wel replacement. I was quickly greeted by someone and directed to the waiting area. A few minutes later, Michael Barcelona came out and greeted me as well. He was very welcoming and very professional in giving me advice without any pressure. I also feel safe to be inside of the building and back inside of my vehicle when it's done because Covid-19 protocol was implemented. The whole experience was excellent.
