Recent Service Visit I have had a number of service visits at this dealership. The staff is extremely helpful and approachable. The new facilities are very handsome. The service technicians have gone out of their way to listen for, diagnose and repair a confounding noise issue as well as provided excellent general service work. Most importantly, my service advisor, David Barron, always thoroughly explains the service requirements and provides extremely accurate estimates for the work to be performed. Also he keeps me fully informed throughout the service or repair process and ensures that my vehicle is delivered as promised. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great Customer Service! Can't say enough about Porsche Riverside. Took my wife's new Cayenne in to the service department for some issues with the paint. The service staff David Barron and Henry Queada were very accommodating and professional. Cody Allen had a loaner vehicle setup for me to use while the vehicle was there. Coming from Orange County, This made it convenient for me to get back home. Picked the Cayenne up the next morning and was very pleased that they took such good care of it. They did an entire detail to the car! I had asked for only some areas that had water spotting on the roof and hood be taken care of! This as far as I am concerned is great customer service that shows how much they appreciate their customers. My experience with Porsche Riverside from Sales to Service has been a pleasure, and I will continue to use them for all my needs in the future! More

XLNT SERVICE WITH DAVID AND SALES WITH TIM CHURCHILL I took my 911 Turbo S in for a minor repair, David Barron was fantastic in the Service Dept and took care of everything very efficiently. Larry Palm I took my 911 Turbo S in for a minor repair, David Barron was fantastic in the Service Dept and took care of everything very efficiently. Larry Palmer the Service Manager identified the problem immediately and got everything ordered and repaired in a timely fashion. I had a fantastic new 718 Boxster loaner vehicle that I just loved. While there I visited the sales department where Tim Churchill started the wheels turning for my next Porsche purchase . . . a new Cayenne !!!! Tim went over all the details, and reviewed the positives and negatives of the options I am considering for the vehicle.- Tim Churchill is a great sales person - extremely knowledgeable, loves the the Porsche Brand, and I can call him day or night with a question or problem and he is always right there to help.
