Awesome Service Department My local Porsche mechanic came across an unusual issue, but referred me to Walter's since they have a reputation of fixing those things no other Porsc My local Porsche mechanic came across an unusual issue, but referred me to Walter's since they have a reputation of fixing those things no other Porsche dealers can. Domenico Macchia was our Service Advisor and took his time listening to our issues, and kept us abreast of the progress. He also made some excellent cosmetic recommendations which obviously excited the car owner, my wife. The car was returned in more than excellent condition, in the time promised, and Domenico was on top of the status. The only negative was that someone had run down the battery, so when I went to take it home it needed to be jumped. Domenico to his credit knowing that this was my wifes car suggested that he keep it overnight to ensure it was stable. Provided us a loaner car, and would drive out my wifes car where we are at to swap vehicles. Because the car was not checked out before returning to me I am taking away a quality star. Overall, a great experience, and the intangible benefits of having a caring Service Adviser, left me with a confidence that they really care about their customers. More
