I ordered a Porsche Taycan 4S and Demetri Vardoulakis helped me every step of the way and kept me constantly informed and always thoroughly answered my questions. During vehicle familiarization, he was very thorough in the explanation of the features, and did an overall excellent job. Craig Silverstein was my financial point-of-contact and he made the paperwork and final deal closure easy. He helped me keep my negotiated financing rate with my bank even though the rates had recently increased. Craig also helped get me into a Macan S as a courtesy car as we agreed to send the Taycan for paint-protection film application. Both Craig and Demetri were very warm and welcoming, and represented the dealership well.
