This was my second time coming to your Porsche dealer ship. Once on June 26,2020 and on Dec.3,2020. First time for front bulbs, report stated you replaced the bulbs and charged me $299.00, the drivers si ship. Once on June 26,2020 and on Dec.3,2020. First time for front bulbs, report stated you replaced the bulbs and charged me $299.00, the drivers side bulb was not replaced. On Dec. 3,2020 I came in with my daughter and pointed out that the bulb was not replaced. We requested to have passenger seat checked which was up right, check right rear window which was closed, check engine light on and breaks. The car came back with no bulb, passenger seat way laying back and broken rear window down. So nothing was fixed and the car was worst than when we bought it in. Now I have a window that wont go up and a passenger seat that wont go up. More

I was dreading getting my car serviced! Waiting and waiting with endless excuses as to why it taking so long- that is what I am used to at other dealerships. Not here, it comes down to the staff I guess, and John made my day so easy and complied with my needs. The car came back perfect, clean and sparkling. I think John is part of a good team indeed. I keep going there and I always get the same experience. I always end up buying from somewhere else. The same experience since it was Pioneer Porsche. Same arrogant sales people. The manger emailed to ask about my experience and I complained. Guess what? he never replied. I would give them less than 1 star if I can. More

The service adviser was very friendly and accomodating despite having multiple customers and he has to multi-task. I got the loaner I wanted but no instruction how to operate the gear box for the brand new Cayenne was given. He was very helpful, talkative and made me feel very welcome. Communication was good but car was not washed at the end during the return. The maintenance service provided exceeds my expectations but it was not perfect. More

In October, I received the bill from DMV for the 2019 registration fee (due date 12/22/2018), which means the fee was not paid. I contacted the dealership immediately for this and they said they will take care. From October to December last week, I contacted the dealership several times for this because I still didn't receive the renewal sticker and was even told it was paid. What a lier!! As of today, December 15, 2018, the fee was still UNPAID! I don't know what's wrong with this prestigious brand name "Porsche?" Do you need more than 3 months to pay the registration fee? More

Fortunately, I was in a situation where I had no choice but to use their service department. What a difference! They have apparently been bought out by a company that has very high standards as I would expect for a high end dealership. I was able to meet Garrett, the technician that worked on my car. He was polite and knowledgeable. The car was fixed right the first time and now I won't let anyone other than Garrett work on my car. What a pleasant surprise! Porche SD has my business again! More
