We live 90 minutes from Porsche of San Diego and arrived to have the paperwork already completed and ready for us to sign, which I explained was important to us. In the finance department, Crystal was a joy. We thoroughly enjoy talking with her. Our deal would have been completely more quickly, except for the great conversation. She was extremely knowledgeable with both the hard copy and e-signature versions of our paperwork and explained everything to us during the signings. I think the process was fine until it was time to sign papers. After I signed the papers, it was as if the deal was done and no need to care for me as a valued customer (although I had yet to get a time papers. At this point, I was treated as if I was the problem for wanting more details. Phone calls and texts were not returned. Or when there was a mix-up on delivery, the shipping company offered comps but not the dealer? I rarely give reviews, but this has been the worst experience of buying from a dealer. All the other times (both in-person and over the phone) I felt like a valued customer. I think I may be sticking with private deals from here on out. People were always nice, but now I'm notre sure it was real. More

Smoke an mirrors transaction still unresolved a month later. Currently waiting on a third revision to my lease. Sent emails, text messages and have calls in to the sales person, finance manager and GM with little return correspondence. Do not transact with these people out of state. I am not due a second lease payment on a vehicle that I cannot legal operate yet in my state. More
