This was the first service call I had at this dealership, and in all honesty I was shocked at the level of service. When I called, they must’ve recognized who I was from my phone number and I was addressed and in all honesty I was shocked at the level of service. When I arrived at the service center I was handled within minutes of arriving. I haven’t seen this level of service at any car dealership, including Mercedes Maserati or BMW in years. More
