I don’t know why I didn’t come to this dealership in the first place to service my car!!! I had a horrible experience with 2 other Porsche dealerships so I decided to give it a last try and walked into Sout first place to service my car!!! I had a horrible experience with 2 other Porsche dealerships so I decided to give it a last try and walked into Southshore and spoke to Chris the service manager, within 10 min he got into my car with his Foreman and detected the problem, ordered the parts got me in the following week and resolved the issue. I can’t put it into words how AMAZING my experience was!! I never met more understanding down to earth people like this before at a dealership.
