He went through and addressed each item before we took a look at the car and went for a test drive. He gave me lots of useful tips and advice beyond just demonstrating the attributes of this specific car. I appreciate his thoroughness and detail as well as his follow-through after the sale. He gave realistic expectations about what to expect with a car of this vintage but I could tell his obvious enthusiasm for the brand and for welcoming newcomers into the fold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the market for Porsche. This was my second time dealing with Al Cramer (I leased an Audi earlier from the same dealership) and I remain impressed by his professionalism and lack of pressure for financing/business items. Michael made himself extremely available throughout the process. And when it came down to all the paperwork, he guided me through. A shout out to Al Cramer as well. He and I discussed different payment options and all the available additional options for my Porsche. I never got the sense that he was just trying to upsell me (and I’m in sales so I’d recognize that!). When I finished buying the car, Michael then took me back out to the Macan and explained pretty much every feature on it. When I drove away, I felt like I got a great deal on a great car from a great dealership. More

Waste of time My trip to Porsche Warrington was an unbelievable waste of time. Working with Marc Brenner, the manager there, was a terrible experience. Prior to vi My trip to Porsche Warrington was an unbelievable waste of time. Working with Marc Brenner, the manager there, was a terrible experience. Prior to visiting Porsche Warrington, I called ahead about a GT3 I was interested in and spoke to Marc. I went in the next day and had decided to go in a different direction, with plans to keep my BMW track car and go for an AWD 911 instead for year-round/daily usage. Asked to check out a CPO Carrera 4S and a new Targa 4S. Marc told the sales rep I was working with that the 4S was “unavailable and getting detailed” and that he “wasn’t allowing test drives on the Targa.” He didn’t offer up any suggestions, other cars, etc., which was enough to get me out the door. Seriously – I just walked out and they couldn’t have cared less. As I was leaving, another sales rep and customer were pulling out of the lot for in the Targa I asked about. Then I drove around the back of the lot, and lo and behold, the 4S was sitting in the lot and wasn’t getting detailed. So, I drove down the street and found a nice 911 at Porsche Conshohocken instead. I’m still confused by the whole thing, and with tons of Porsche dealer options in the area, advise taking your business elsewhere. More

Michael Kaplan is the go to guy for a Porsche! Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. Fortunately, when I showed up to Porsche/Audi of Warrington to peruse the inventory, I found Mike Kaplan. Mike was patiently willing to walk me through the thought process of developing a set of priorities for my next vehicle purchase.
