Great used 911 buying experience with Michael Kaplan Michael Kaplan sat down with me and took notes of my concerns and interests in pursuit of a 997 generation 911 (my first Porsche). He went through and Michael Kaplan sat down with me and took notes of my concerns and interests in pursuit of a 997 generation 911 (my first Porsche). He went through and addressed each item before we took a look at the car and went for a test drive. He gave me lots of useful tips and advice beyond just demonstrating the attributes of this specific car. I appreciate his thoroughness and detail as well as his follow-through after the sale. He gave realistic expectations about what to expect with a car of this vintage but I could tell his obvious enthusiasm for the brand and for welcoming newcomers into the fold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the market for Porsche. This was my second time dealing with Al Cramer (I leased an Audi earlier from the same dealership) and I remain impressed by his professionalism and lack of pressure for financing/business items. Michael made himself extremely available throughout the process. And when it came down to all the paperwork, he guided me through. A shout out to Al Cramer as well. He and I discussed different payment options and all the available additional options for my Porsche. I never got the sense that he was just trying to upsell me (and I’m in sales so I’d recognize that!). When I finished buying the car, Michael then took me back out to the Macan and explained pretty much every feature on it. When I drove away, I felt like I got a great deal on a great car from a great dealership. More
