This purchase was substantial in that we ordered the vehicle with all the "bells & whistles" so it was even more reassuring that Alec was so tuned in to our purchase. He stayed in touch with us throughout the wait-time while our vehicle was being manufactured. Once it arrived he shepherded our vehicle throughout the delivery process to expedite the transfer into our possession.
