My wife and I drove from Miami to Palm Beach in order to complete the lease of a new Porsche Panamera we structured on the phone with Alec Friedman. We met Alec last year when we became interested in the Panamera Porsche. The purchase did not happen then but we left the dealership and Alec Friedman with the feeling that we would come back in the future and came back we did. We called Alec with a specific request for a White Panamera with lots of extras and options. Alec not only found the car, he also put together a deal that I could not refuse. My wife and I made up our minds about leasing a car we had not seen. Alec Friedman managed to send us electronically plenty of photographs in all formats for us to review. We agreed on the numbers and a couple of days later we drove to Palm Beach our Cayenne and drove back home our new Panamera. Alec made the switch from our 2009 Cayenne S to our Panamera a breeze. We returned the Cayenne and all paper work was promptly completed so we could not be more satisfied. The credit application was submitted electronically as well. There was something about Alec Friedman that we liked when we first visited Braman Palm Beach a couple years ago. I recorded his information in my iphone then and called him now to finalize a transaction that in a way started several years ago. After all documents were signed and at the time Alec showed us the different gadgets on the car that we realized that even though the antenna was in the car the Satellite Radio module was not installed. Satellite radio is one of the options I truly enjoyed in my previous Porsche so I was disappointed that we found out it was not installed in our car as it should have been. We did not know the reasons for this omission but Alec and his manager assured us that the issue was going to be resolved and that we would have the satellite gadget as planned. Well the next day Alec drove from Palm Beach to our home in Gables Estates , Coral Gables . He brought a loaner Porsche, took our car back to the shop and returned it a couple o hours later with the satellite radio in working order. I have been a customer in Braman Miami for many years We usually get VIP treatment because my wife and I have had several Bentleys and Rolls Royce s through the years but the service we received from Alec was way beyond expectations in terms of efficiency and promptness. This transaction has been a very nice experience for my wife and I. I do recommend with no reservations the dealership but most importantly I recommend with great senthusiasm this young man Alec Friedman who has shown that he is totally committed to "first class" service for his customers and clients. Called and spoke with Alec Friedman. We discussed pricing and made a deal. He encouraged me to get insurance and hurry down to purchase the vehicle. When I got there I was told that I could not buy pricing and made a deal. He encouraged me to get insurance and hurry down to purchase the vehicle. When I got there I was told that I could not buy the vehicle, was lied to every way possible, had my credit run on a cash purchase, was accused of potentially being an exporter, and then advised and lied to by the GM Dan Daimond and was told by him that I should finance the car before purchasing a home. He knew I was purchasing a home and intentionally steared me the wrong way. Anyone and everyone knows that the less outstanding debt you have the better when purchasing a home. So they shunned me away after rushing me down there to come get the car right away. Now my insurance company will not allow me to cancel the insurance and refund me my money until I receive proof from the dealership that I did not purchase the car. I called and spoke to Dan Diamond who lied to me again and said they can not and would not provide this and my request was not correct and a waste of his time. I then faxed him and e mailed my insurance companies request in an effort to prove I am not a liar and exporter. This is still not over weeks later, my funds are still not refunded and Mr. Diamond no longer returns my calls. This has been the worst experience of my life.
