Sounds like you were embarrassed to round it off to $10. When not in lockdown, you serve free candy, donuts and coffee in your service waiting room that cost a lot more then $9.99. More

20,000 Service Brought car in for my 20,000 service. From what I can tell, it was done flawlessly by tech Haro. What held me back from 5 stars, was a charge of $9.
