Small mix up handled smoothly and simply 2012 Cayenne in for scheduled service. Set appointment and dropped off car with Cristal. Drove off with loaner for the weekend. Got a call at the e 2012 Cayenne in for scheduled service. Set appointment and dropped off car with Cristal. Drove off with loaner for the weekend. Got a call at the end of the day car was ready for pickup and told them I would be in the following day. Wife wanted to return the loaner and get her car back the same day, so we drove down to pick it up before service dept. closed. Closed out the ticket and drove home. On the drive home got a low oil light. Emailed service, put some oil in the car from my reserve and brought the car back the next day. Service tech was ready and waiting. Went through everything on the car, washed it (again) and offered us a full detail service next time the car is in. Nice enough to apply a $100 service coupon to the service as well. No fewer than four people from Porsche followed up with us on this service. They are very much on top of every hit and miss wanting feedback. Thank you again Cristal and Armen. More
