I didn't see the hype My First time here. I'm guessing because I don't own a Brand new 100K Porsche and b/c mine was an older model, I didn't get the same service as all t My First time here. I'm guessing because I don't own a Brand new 100K Porsche and b/c mine was an older model, I didn't get the same service as all the other people that wrote rave reviews and low and behold no loaners available. The service Tech left me his card - Some guy named TR but never had the decency to speak to me about my car, what's going on with it, etc.-something I hoped for especially since it was my first time there and I dropped over a couple grand. Didn't reset the tire pressure like it indicated on the invoice, left an oil smudge on passenger door and just overall poor performance. Don't really know if the things I can't see but where charged for were even done. The guy I dealt with was short and flustered easy and I felt rushed and had questions that they didn't seem to want to answer and hurried to attend to other people there that were supposedly more important. Typical of customer service in today's world, but thought it would be different here since it's a Porsche and not an 82 Toyota Corolla. They also said car was washed and vacuumed but it was dirty when I picked it up. Clearly not cleaned. Paid too much money for the service I never got and will not return. Total mistake. Found an independent place closer that has much better customer service, does the little things like correct tire pressure and avoid dirtying your car and takes their time explaining what they did. More

My first service experience at this dealership. My 2013 Boxster S was in for it's 3rd annual service and unfortunately they discovered a problem with the coolant tank cap which necessitated a replac My 2013 Boxster S was in for it's 3rd annual service and unfortunately they discovered a problem with the coolant tank cap which necessitated a replacement part being ordered for overnight delivery. I was supplied with a loaner vehicle and the next day my Boxster S was returned to my home in Old Lyme. Incidentally my car was returned in absolutely sparkling condition!. All very professionally done. More

Having a service provider such as TR makes you feel comfortable that your prized possession is in very good and capable hands when it is being serviced. Mark Borse has always had a loaner car ready for me and knows that I am coming in at a certain time. He comes out to greet me. We also had an unscheduled maintenance: We flattened a tire and scrapped a rim. The car was towed to Wallingford Porsche on a Sunday and they were working on it Monday..also painted the rim. We appreciate their attention to detail and will continue to use them. Craig Chase was our original sales person and he has a great knowledge of what he sells and is also fun to just have a conversation with!! More
