I drove my Honda Fit from Cape Coral to the Dealership, Wednesday afternoon, 3/4/15. My OnStar equipment did not work. Keven met me and had the car looked at by their OnStar Specialist. I was told that they would need to keep the car overnight. I understood, because I arrived so late in the afternoon, Keven asked if i could come back Thursday, 3/5/24. I said that I could; however, because of my work, I could not be there until about 4:15 PM. Keven said that if that was okay with me, he would take care of me, at that time. Kevin was very apologetic, because the manager had to leave on an emergency, and there was no one that could approve a loaner car for me. My Honda Fit is still under warranty. So, when I came back Thursday afternoon, Keven took excellent care of my needs. He had a loaner car that I could use to get to work Friday, He assured me that OnStar would be fixed. When I returned Friday afternoon, the car was washed, fixed, and ready to go. I was treated respectfully, courteously, and satisfactorily.
