Decent deal, helpful, very pleasant Frank was excellent, knowledgeable, helpful in all respects. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, offered us food and drinks while we waited for the process of financing. He suggested extra items but was not offended with any choice we did not accept. We found common ground and chatted pleasantly. He did his best for us on the deal and followed up on additional concerns we had. Frank DiMatteo,the finance department and the general manager all worked together to win us back as customers after several unpleasant past experiences. More

Very disappointed by these guys I ultimately didn't buy a car from these guys because they were so unresponsive. I tried to buy a Golf GTI and couldn't get call backs. The sales guy - and I no longer remember his name - simply wanted to deal via text. When I would text him back and ask him to call me I'd get nothing. When I tried calling numerous times I'd get VM and wouldn't get a call back. I spoke with the managers about trying to get something done (credit wasn't the problem here, just getting them to contact me back was) and both Dathan and Brian were supposed to call me back. Brian promised to follow up. He never did. So I went elsewhere and bought a car from someone else. More

BUYERS BEWARE OF PORT CHARLOTTE HONDA. DON’T BUY A HONDA. Went to Port Charlotte Honda and dealt with Joe in service department who was rude and lied to us. Before they worked on our car Joe assured me they Went to Port Charlotte Honda and dealt with Joe in service department who was rude and lied to us. Before they worked on our car Joe assured me they would take care of us if the repair became an issue. He said our brand new starter was faulty and needed replaced. I said I find hard to believe the brand new Bosch starter is faulty and is having the exact same problem as the starter it replaced. After replacing the starter and repairing the battery management sensor both for a second time, we found online the faulty sensor and faulty Honda starters are a wide spread issue. Watch out for 2013-2016 Honda Accords. They have an issue with cars not starting after about 30,000 miles and a battery management sensor that corrodes and overheats possibly causing a fire. What they won’t admit is it seems to be related to cars not starting. There are a lot of complaints online and on YouTube about this issue. Honda and their dealers seem aware of these issues according to other complaints online, but are doing nothing about the faulty starters. Neither Honda nor the dealer are standing behind their faulty product. Especially watch for Joe in the service department, he will lie straight to your face and take your money with no apparent remorse. Honda reliability has significantly decreased. Fairly new cars with low miles can catch fire due to a faulty sensor and if your car doesn’t catch fire it will not start leaving you stranded. I would provide links but they are not allowed in the reviews. Google this information, you will find corroborating information on the internet. You can even find a lawsuit against Port Charlotte Honda for misleading lenders with fraudulent information and thus showing their questionable honesty. More

Took car to 2 local tint dealers an Unfair conduct I bought a 2010 Honda Fit Sport . Was unable to see out the rear window due to the very dark tint. Took car to 2 local tint dealers and they both said that the 2 back seat side windows and the rear window all did not meet State Standards due to being too dark. Talked to Honda dealer and was informed by a manager Mr. Robert Savehiere that Honda would only remove the tint from the 3 windows and that I would have to pay the $ 150.00 to have new tint applied. Since I bought the car with tint I feel that Honda should fix their problem of selling a car that did meet State Standards without me being charged extra More
