He treated like a friend I was buying something from rather then a sales person trying to make a buck. He was able to get me more then expected on my trade, and a deal I couldn't refuse. No pressure for up sale, no waiting for salesman to spend time with manager while you wait, no haggling. I received the price we first spoke about. Even the finance person was personable and quickly had me on my way. The General Manager Brian Irvin was a very straight up guy. Charlotte Honda has gained a customer for life. Turns out to be a great experience After calling to confirm online pricing on a vehicle and to see if it was still there and they called me back to confirm. But they called me back and worked out a wonderful deal with me and I am extremely satisfied! More

Going to Port Charlotte Honda/VW is hands down the best car buying experience you'll ever have. I became a customer a year ago and wasn't in the best situation. They worked hard for me and got me into a 2014 VW Tiguan. A year later I'm sitting here in a 2017 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition. Dallas Godwin is the best Salesman bar none. He's open, transparent, and so honest. You truly feel like you're getting the best deal and that your best interests are at heart with Dallas. The best part is the team effort and I cannot say I'd be where I'm at without the help of Josh Johnston and Jose Figueroa. I don't think anyone at Port Charlotte Honda VW would disappoint you. This truly was the best experience and I will forever be a customer! More

Unprofessional I came across a VW Tiguan on cars.com by this dealership and contacted them through email inquiring about the car.I lived in Kansas and I shopped onli I came across a VW Tiguan on cars.com by this dealership and contacted them through email inquiring about the car.I lived in Kansas and I shopped online for cars all the time. When I emailed them, it was after business hours and they have someone contacted me first thing in the morning. I didn't answer the first phone call as it was too early and I return the call an hour later. The lady that I talked to named Stacy and she told me someone is looking at the car. After I asked a few questions about the car, I decided to buy it so I told the lady I want to buy the car. The lady said since there is someone looking at it, she can't do anything at the mean time. So I waited, then I texted her about couple hours later and she said they were going to come back in the afternoon and look at it more. At this time, I asked her if the other party hasn't paid a deposit to hold the car, I would like to buy it and have her start the buying process. She hesitated and said she had to consult the sales manager. Never called me back and I texted her late in the afternoon, she said the other party is still looking at the car. I asked her why the other party get first refusal before me? Because I lived out of state? If they didn't put a deposit down I should be able to buy the car and not wait for them to turn it down. Very unprofessional !! If you are not ready to deal with internet sales and customers buying from out of state , please don't advertise your cars on those website!!! More
