Servie I went, because my car would not start. I spent a great deal of this past Saturday's morning at the service department. I was told that there was noth I went, because my car would not start. I spent a great deal of this past Saturday's morning at the service department. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my Honda. I got up this Sunday morning, and the car would not start. I was told that the battery checked out okay.They could not replace the battery. So, I got up this morning, the car would not start. Someone called me from the Dealership today, but thy did not leave a message. I called back, and was told that I could call the Corporate office. I think that person would not have a job, if this was my business, I will call Corporate tomorrow. I purchased the new car August 3013. It has 11,412 miles on it. It is still under warranty. I am requesting a loaner car tomorrow, so I can enjoy the Holiday, and they can keep my car overnight. I will keep you all posted and updated More

I can understand the one off misunderstandings or over promise by one associate, however while I was there for one hour witnessed two other customers met with same situation. He is very knowledgable, courteous and helpful without being pushy. When you talk he actually listens and cares!!! I have since sent 2 other people that bought cars from John and they came back to me and couldn't believe how easy the car buying experience there was!! Eric in finance is wonderful as well - made financing a breeze and Dan Whittington in service went out of his way to help also - between him and John they picked up and delivered my car (for tires) while I was work!! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle!! Make sure to ask for John Sennett!! More
