Dave Hilliard did an excellent job, showing me the car I was looking for, showing me the options and systems included, offering the test ride and reviewing pricing with me. He even contacted Ohio BMV to determine what was needed in a vehicle verification statement or form. As it turned out, Sheila produced the form to be filled in and signed by a Sherriff's deputy and provided me with the location. The problem I had was the length of time to get the paperwork completed, as I was there a long time, during which Dave periodically checked to see if the paperwork was yet to be completed by the Finance person. Besides waiting a long time (looked like no other deals going at the time), his less than friendly approach with me, lack of knowledge of the vehicle verification form, downright discourteous to me when he could not sell me on a loan or extended warranty and then coupled with all the paperwork having my name abbreviated even though he had a copy of my license in hand. Since Sheila was trying to get my title in as short a time as possible (so that I could back to Ohio to transfer title and registration), I called her the next morning after discovering the problem and she saw to it that all the paperwork was done over with my full name. I would also like to mention that your financial person (forgot name) in attempt to sell me extended warranty seemed to get ticked off that I didn't want anything more than the cash deal that was agreed upon and not only attempted to push me into payments instead of cash, but when I explained that I couldn't afford payments he came right out and asked me "then how did you come up with that kind of cash?" That question was way out of line and if I had not been waiting so long, I would have walked out of his office. I just wanted to get done and out.
