Under the guidance and care of Sales Specialist Rodney Hayes I was able to purchase the vehicle I had my heart set on, a 2013 Honda CRV. I spoke with Rodney approximately one week prior to purchasing the vehicle at the Health Club where we both work-out. Rodney spent his valuable free time and allowed me to interrupt his work-out routine several on several occasions to discuss some of the options and features concerning the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at the Dealership on the day of the purchase I was pleasantly greeted by half the staff. I had my game face on, and I was ready to play the game. I was ready to walk out of the dealership as many times as needed in order to get the deal I wanted. Much to my surprise negotiations went smoothly and I felt very relaxed and comfortable.
