My family and I were traveling up to WI from NC to visit family. I noticed a rattle and a popping noise while making the trip. I came to Portage Ford and talked with both Doug and Mark in the Service Dept w family. I noticed a rattle and a popping noise while making the trip. I came to Portage Ford and talked with both Doug and Mark in the Service Dept who quickly got my 2014 F-150 Platinum 4x4 diagnosed and repaired, and I was back driving the next day. Both we’re very kind helpful and represented Ford with professionalism. Let me also say thank you to the Service Techs who worked on my truck. Their skill and dedication to Ford is top notch and should not go unrecognized. I appreciate Portage Ford for getting my family and I back on the road. We have long been a Ford family.
