Horrible dealer. I made an agreement to purchase a truck on a Saturday. I asked if they needed a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up on Tuesday, and the salesperson Wade assured me tha on a Saturday. I asked if they needed a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up on Tuesday, and the salesperson Wade assured me that would not be necessary. I obtained financing and had cashiers checks printed to the dealer name as specified by Wade. He then texted me Monday evening saying they had sold the truck and he was sorry, there is nothing they could do. Very poor business practice. They also charge ridiculous "doc" fees and a bogus "anti theft" fee to the tune of nearly $800.00. Do your research and buy somewhere else. More

Salesman was pushy! When contract was finalized it was $500 less than agreed upon. I talked to salesman at pickup and he offered nothing. would not recommend him as he jumped from one thing to the next an $500 less than agreed upon. Salesman was excellent. Honest. The ONLY problem I had was that the tires needed replacement on this brand new (to me) pickup! Saw a SUV on line that we where thinking about. Left a message online and received a call following morning. Asked some questions and made arrangements to test drive the SUV for late afternoon. Text the sales department we were leaving and be there in 40 minutes. The SUV was parked by the front door running and warm. Nice. Drove car and made a deal. Dealership did all the work and we drove the car home that same night.
