The service team was exceptionally helpful ordering me a new tire and having it installed within a few hours. They even kept the nail that punctured my tire at my request. They also took the extra steps to print out tire warranty information from the internet when I requested a brochure that was no longer issued by the manufacturer. I parked my car in my driveway. Shut off the engine. SIGH. My bottom lip quivers as my eyes begin to water and I struggle to hold back these tears. I can't let my wife see me like this! Exhausted. Defe SIGH. My bottom lip quivers as my eyes begin to water and I struggle to hold back these tears. I can't let my wife see me like this! Exhausted. Defeated. Hair disheveled. Where did I get this hole in my pants?? Its been another rough day. Car shopping. Pull it together, go inside. Wintergreen Listerine and tear stained pillows, I gently drift asleep. A voice... a soothing voice echos in my mind. "The Shark" toldest you, "Go to Portage Ford, you hawk eyed fool! Linger not elsewhere. Do not turn your gaze to the right, nor unto the left." There's hope. I awaken. I call. Like the voice of an Angel, its Crystal Tristani! No more tears. No more empty promises. Just a joyful, painless experience. Crystal would not quit until she found the perfect vehicle for us, at a good price, and then gave me a great trade in price that beat out four other area dealerships.
