I needed a door trim piece replaced. Was directed to Parts Dept who had the piece that I needed. Was redirected to service who set up a timely appointment. I left the vehicle off, the repair was made. Parts Dept who had the piece that I needed. Was redirected to service who set up a timely appointment. I left the vehicle off, the repair was made. I returned at the appointed time. The work was completed and after a quick trip to the Billing Dept I was on my way. All the folks that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful! More
