My husband's new fleet car is a Volvo S60, and we were so impressed that we decided to look at Volvos as a choice for me. We met with Heather Neville and our total experience with her was beyond our expectations! Heather is not only extremely knowledgeable with a pleasant personality to match, but it was her patience with us during the entire buying process that made her exceptional! Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience, as they are a very costly investment, and you want to leave the dealership with no reservations about your purchase. The worst scenario is feeling like you have been "pushed" into buying or get a generally uncomfortable feeling about the salesperson. We never felt the least bit of either of the above with Heather! October 2023. Annual service and check up. Was told that my S60 at 35k miles needed over 3000$ to pass inspection. Go home to my local garage and spent 27$. Yes 27 Annual service and check up. The techs @ Portland Volvo are rewarded for drumming up fictional repairs. Never again for sales or service. Beware! Don't walk away. Run away now! More

Knew everything about the car in and out and had all the answers to our questions. The day we picked up the car she had everything lined up for us and her and the team at Portland Volvo made it quick and easy. Great experience and will buy all our future Volvo’s from here.
