Scheduling over the phone was horrible. He didn't do what I asked. However when I came in for the appointment Jenna was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Had well over $1,500 of service done at this dealership. 2 days later there was oil all over my garage floor. Had to have it towed and was told that it was a faulty oil filter. I asked for the car to be checked for safety check to make sure that this was the only thing wrong. Did not receive and wanted my garage floor to be fixed. What I was offered was a free detail and absorption pads. That will not get the stain out. I asked for the Zone Manager contact info and as of this writing have not received. Although this is a fleet car, my garage is not a fleet and needs to be fixed. I would like for the Zone Manager and or rep for GM to contact me directly. Please note that this has nothing to do with Jenna the service advisor. My rating is based on what happened after the initial service and the response that I expect to receive will help make my decision of purchasing or servicing this vehicle or any personal vehicle that I have from any Key Auto Group dealers.
