I got a cold call about a 2026 Tahoe. Last year in the fall... That I told them I wanted a very limited options Tahoe and the only thing they brought me was an outrageously decked out Tahoe and when I did not want that I did not hear anything more until this year. I went in to get the Tahoe this year but it really wasn't what I wanted and it was more expensive than I could afford and they asked if I would be interested in a pickup truck and I said Yes actually even more so than the Tahoe. They found me a Silverado and I really like it. So while I am not quite as attached to Portsmouth Chevrolet as I was when I was dealing with Don who passed away quite a few years ago he had shock white hair and he was over and above extraordinarily nice to me I am back to being a normally loyal normally satisfied customer. I also was not particularly thrilled with the service department not the last couple of times that I went there that was okay but sometime early last year and late the year before I didn't feel like they really much cared about me.
