Best experience ever at a dealership!! My car was falling apart, winter did a number on my car. My credit was just as bad. Then I walked into Key Auto Portsmouth, and talked with Matt V. H My car was falling apart, winter did a number on my car. My credit was just as bad. Then I walked into Key Auto Portsmouth, and talked with Matt V. He was the most straight up person straight forward. Not giving him a lot to work with except what I could afford for payments. Matt bent over backwards...and searched high and low, looking for a car with the payments I needed. He never gave up. And with the support of the dealership I was able to get out of my car and into a brand new one. I went to a few other dealers showed me cars with flat tires..dents...etc. and still would have high payments. SOLD US A CAR WITH DEFECTIVE TIRES Purchased an almost new Toyota Tacoma.... Only 5000 miles. Have owned it for 6 months and took it to them for our inspection. We were shocked to find Purchased an almost new Toyota Tacoma.... Only 5000 miles. Have owned it for 6 months and took it to them for our inspection. We were shocked to find out that it would not pass inspection due to severely dry rotted tires!! I spoke to Tony who said he'd bring it up to the manager and get back with me. I never heard a word!!! I then called several times and finally spoke with the manager, Pete., who told me that there was nothing they could do. We are very disappointed with their customer service. They were very eager to dodge the issue and not take care of their customers. I will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. They do not stand behind their product! More
