You should not be pricing people out of repairs. I understand that parts and labor do cost money. However, the amount that I was quoted for my repairs was astronomical compared to competitors. Anthony was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. .. He was pleasent and listened to what we wanted and what we wanted to spend.../ He came up with a few options that just because we didn't go with .. We ended up with the first truck that we looked at... We may have paid a bit more than we originally were planning on, but it wasn't due to a pushy salesman... The General Manager that we dealt with, whose name I can not recall, was helpful with our trade in and the final approval.... all in all it was a pretty good experience, when usually it is all stress... This was our second new purchase in less than a year, and both right here... Thanks Posner Jeep More

I brought my Pacifica in for recalls. The service department scheduled me for a Thursday. I was given a rental but only for 2 days, after which I had to pay $50/ day. According to the representative, the service garage was backed up but they would try to get my vehicle done by the weekend, to avoid me having to pay for several days of rental. They were so backed up and slow that I didn’t get my car back until the following Tuesday (5 days total) causing my an expense of $150 for a simple recall work that involved updating some software and resetting codes. Probably 45 mins of work total. If they were t able to get to my car until Tuesday, why would they schedule me for service on a Thursday, knowing full well that there would be a significant delay, costing me money for their rental - on a fully covered recall service. I will only go here because it is the closest Chrysler dealership and only one within an hour drive. Previous experience when shopping for cars in 2021 here was also poor. Sales person took me on test drives in vehicles she knew nothing about. Every question I asked about features and performance was answered with “I’m not sure, we’ll have to ask my manager back at the dealer after the test drive. I drove 3 vehicles that day - all hybrids - none of them were charged so I was unable to test the hybrid drive systems. There was 1 2020 Pacifica hybrid that I was interested in within my budget, but it mysteriously had to be kept there and wasn’t ready to sell. It didn’t have a charger, and the shop didn’t seem to know how to charge it. A day later they told me that car was no longer available and tried to sell me a newer model that was $10,000 more than the previous one. Shady and subpar experience from sales and now also service.
