He put in the time and effort to put my nerves at ease and understand my situation. I walked in with no trade in and a low downpayment and drove off in a 2013 Hyundai with leather and sunroof. My friend had a similar experience when she went. I recommend anyone and everyone give this place a try before ANYWHERE else!! Thanks again Craig!!!! More

I had a 10 year old Toyota LE camery to trade in for best cost deal, but including all my wants.. Greg listened carefully to all my must haves & really don't need this time; He compared and explained each model, not pushing just explaining the difference in price letting me decide what I wanted. He then took me for a ride as passenger: I drove to see how each model handled. Greg was very helpful in getting all the paperwork completed, Upon delivery he showed me again all the new & familiar features of my new Camery. I Love It! This is our 3rd Toyota purchased at the dealership, and we have always been treated with kindness and respect,. and had excellent customer service from the customer service department. REPLACED ALTERNATOR ENDED UP WITH TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS We've been a customer of Hudiburg for over 13 years and for the past 4-5 years there service has become quite questionable. I own/owned a 2007 Avalon We've been a customer of Hudiburg for over 13 years and for the past 4-5 years there service has become quite questionable. I own/owned a 2007 Avalon Limited 91,000 miles. Excellent condition no problems whatsoever. We had it maintenance ever time the light came on and had them do whatever it called for. Recently we had the alternator go bad, towed it into Hudiberg they replaced it with a Toyota refurbished alternator, $800+ later we pick up the Av, drove a mile or so and the car started to slow, jerk etc. We called Hudiburg told them what was happening and told them would bring it back the next morning as the service department was closing. The car went totally out a couple blocks from our home, we called Hudiburg they sent a tow truck to get the car and we went back for a rental. We asked them if they tested the car before they release it to us and the claimed they did, however if they did the would have known there was a problem. Service dept. called us the next day and tell us the transmission was out.... How? There was no transmission problem before they touch it! My husband told them that was very suspect as we had absolutely no problems before the alternator and they had previously did the regular maintenance on it nor did they find anything. They told they would give us a deal on the transmission and labor $3600+ appose to $5400. I refuse to do further business with Hudiburg as I feel that they broke my car, I don't know what happened but they do and I will never do business with them again, and will tell everyone about my experience with them. There service center has really gone to crap...$800+ and a perfectly great car until now, really saddens me but what do you do. Sad for us!!! More

Hudiburg Follies My husband and I had been looking for a used truck for several months and were pleased to find just what he was looking for at Hudiburg. It was a bit My husband and I had been looking for a used truck for several months and were pleased to find just what he was looking for at Hudiburg. It was a bit of a haul, however, considering we live in Kansas City, but after several discussions over the phone about the truck and the awesome financing they offered, it seemed perfect... and it's a Toyota dealership for crying out loud which made the drive all the way to Oklahoma seem justifiable. Sadly, it has been nothing but a mess since my husband set foot on their lot. I think, at this point, I will have to go to list format just so that I can be completely concise and not make this review rival Moby Dick in length. 1) Financing terms WERE NOT what was discussed over the phone. Rate was higher. Would have been good to know before driving several hundred miles to get the truck. 2) My husband did arrive a few hours early to get the truck (in their defense) so he had to wait while they replaced some squeaky break pads (much appreciated). However, a couple hours later after leaving the dealership, he noticed the truck was leaking anti-freeze due to a loose water pump resulting from a hasty repair by their service team to get the truck ready. Called the dealership who offered to return our 4-Runner to us and forgo the sale, or to let them make it right by arranging to have it repaired at a Wichita area dealership (which is where my husband was at this point) with a $200 "for your trouble" offering. I wish at this point we had gone with the former. 3) Never received the $200 (suddenly NO ONE knew anything about it and denied offering it in the first place). Was given a measly $50 and it took almost 2 weeks to get reimbursed for the cost of the repair. A repair which meant my husband had to stay an extra night in wichita for. Very inconvenient. 4) After getting the truck home, and seeing it for the first time myself, it was filthy. Luckily, I had a carpet cleaner. Unfortunately, I needed something commercial-grade for this job. Dumped out several canisters of brown/black water. I'm awesomely good cleaner though, and after a couple of hours, that truck looked like it should have on the lot. 5) It is now 4 weeks later, our 30 day tag expires tomorrow, and there is not a title in sight. After a few emails and a couple phone calls we were told there was a delay with the title (???) and we would be sent another 30-day tag. Have yet to see that sucker, which means when we're hit with late fees at our fine local dmv, we are screwed. Knowing history will repeat itself, I am sure there will be no reimbursement for that from our fine friends at Hudiburg. I want this story to be over. I just want my husband to be able to enjoy the truck he's wanted for so long with no more hassle. Is that too much to ask? What do you want Hudiburg? My kidney on trade? Will that make this all go away?? To be continued... More
