Orders messed up by Potamkin as best as they can.. I ordered a taillight cover for my Honda Accord. Their website is a mess at best. Both the right and left side covers shows the same picture. Even the part description is not detailed enough to judge whether I am ordering the right side or left side cover. Eventually I ended getting the wrong side cover. When I asked for exchange from J Bonnetti.(bonettij@potamkinhyundai.com), he refused to take responsibility for the company's messy website and forwarded me some BS email about their return policy. I had to order the right side cover after digging more into their website. Now they send me wrong part (taillight cover) of some other car model. By this time I had already spend 200$ and wasted 3.5 weeks as the parts are being shipped from Miami to Texas. If anybody reading this review can point me towards some consumer complaint forum, i will be obliged. Order no 17442 and 17512 and purchase dates are May 8 and May 17. I will certainly tell everybody to stay away from them. More
