Nice people, good service This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling This was my third time to Poway Honda for scheduled maintenance but this time with an engine light issue, as well. I appreciate the online scheduling available. My only complaint is waiting 20 minutes or more for someone to approach your car when you pull up at your scheduled time for an appointment. Once they take your car, they are attentive and efficient. After they did the scheduled maintenance and attended to the issue, they told me it would be a couple of hours take care of the computer upgrade and offered me a shuttle ride home. The service advisor also noticed unequal wear on my tires, recommending an alignment. I like that they wash the car as well. Would recommend their service department! More

Could I have saved a few dollars hunting for an independent mechanic? Maybe? But, I know I have taken 100% complete care all at one place, and I have never had a problem. "Take good care of your car, and your car will take good care of you." Yep, 177k miles, and still going strong! More

Best Service I recently had the best experience getting my Honda Pilot serviced at Poway Honda for its first oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. I recently had the best experience getting my Honda Pilot serviced at Poway Honda for its first oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. In fact, it was technically my second visit there because Marco Lopez-Ramirez, my service advisor, had reminded me that my oil life, as indicated in the car info system, was still at 30% and I could go another month or so before changing it. So, not only did he save me from wasting oil that still had some life but he also honored the coupon I brought in even though it had expired by the time it needed to be changed. He also threw in a free car wash on top of it. That itself is a huge bargain considering how long it takes to wash a big SUV. I didn't even mind waiting there for almost two hours because their customer lobby is awesome! It had a tv area where you can sit and watch football, a free coffee vending machine that makes cappuccinos, and free snacks and water too! If you bring the little ones, they also have a kid room with toys. Overall, like I said, I had the best experience I ever had getting my car serviced there and will bring it back for all its maintenance. Thanks Marco! More

Customer Service is a big priority here! I actually live much closer to another Honda dealership but make the drive all the way out here for my service work. The service staff is so friendly and accommodating- you can tell management really instills a culture of “customer comes first”. They have a nice waiting area with television and complimentary snacks. They will do the work you need, not the work they want to sell you. I’ve been coming here for four years and my experience has been the same each time - highly recommend, A++ !! More
