I had several nice cars to choose from for a third vehicle for our family. Joe was a tremendous help in reviewing the vehicle and the history of the car. He showed me the carfax and an auto check on the car. We went to several dealerships, and Precision gave us the best experience by far. The price was very competitive, and the service was awesome. Both me and my wife felt very comfortable throughout the entire transaction and for the months that have followed. Even though we bought an older vehicle, we were treated as if we were buying one their new Acura's. I've recommended Precision Acura to family and friends and they've continued the great service with every one we've referred. Great job and continue the awesome service! Thank you!!!! More

Buyer Beware I purchased an 2011 Infiniti EX35 w/ approximately 30,000 miles 2 months ago from this dealer. I decided on this vehicle because I have lower bac I purchased an 2011 Infiniti EX35 w/ approximately 30,000 miles 2 months ago from this dealer. I decided on this vehicle because I have lower back pain and the seat ergonomics of this vehicle worked well for me. I drove from upstate NY to purchase the vehicle (4 hours away). I was paying cash for the vehicle. I was told by staff on the phone that I would be able to get the title so I could register the car in NY. When I arrived I was told that the title was not available and that they would need to register the vehicle. The dealer issued a 20 day temporary plate. In all, the car took 30 days to register w/ NY plates which meant I could no longer drive the car at day 21 in NYS. (driving an unregistered vehicle is illegal in NYS) In addition, as I was leaving the dealership and sales rep mentioned that there was only one key fob for the vehicle. He failed to mention this prior to sale nor was this advertised. I spoke to the dealership manager and he neither apologized nor offered to reimburse me for the nearly $300 it cost to get a second key fob. This was deceptive and lacked honor. This dealership gives meaning to the phrase, buyer beware. The dealership also, required that I sign a document that waived my right to sue the dealership in lieu of mediation. This is something I realized afterwards was a bad idea. I have never been asked to sign such a form by any dealership in NYS before and will never do so again. This as it turns out is a bad idea. Finally, there ended up being a major mechanical issue with the vehicle. The transfer case which controls the AWD vehicle had failed. Luckily the Infiniti dealership immediately recognized this upon my report of a whoorring noise in the front engine and repaired the vehicle under warranty. I am 43 and have purchased/owned 5 vehicles in my life and this buying experience is by far the worst ever. I would most certainly never purchase from this dealer again. I am currently waiting for my title from NYS still. When there is an out of state transfer it takes 3 months to get the title! (I checked w/ NYS DMV) I was told there were liens on the title at the time of transfer which is surprising. Hopefully, there will be no issues with the title when I receive it. I should not have had to even worry about this but I do. One last note....I had a trade in car for which I was offered $6,000 by the dealer. I ended up selling the vehicle for $8500 :). Before I sold the car I did the 60,000 maintenance and replaced the brake pads and rotors on the car. There was mechanically nothing wrong with the car. The new owner was very happy to get the car. I would never even consider selling a car that wasn't in great condition or for which I didn't disclose work that needed to be done on it. It is my sincere hope that others read this post and decide not to do business with this dealer as a result. I certainly never will. More

Ahmed & Mitchell: Men of their Word! My wife and I were just "looking" at MDX's online and while out one day we stopped at Precision Acura for a closer look. We were pleasantly greeted by Ahmed upon walking in, and from that first moment he was very courteous and a true professional. We explained our needs, price range, etc and for the 1st time at a dealership we felt NO PRESSURE to buy a vehicle that very second. ( A very big turnoff at other dealerships we visited). Over the next few weeks we had convo's with both Ahmed and Mitchell, and at deal time they honored they're pricing and we made the deal! (*note: we had an Acura dealership within minutes of us, but we chose to work with Precision Acura because of the way we were treated by Ahmed and MIchell, NOT just the final price.) We love our new MDX and have already recommended Precision Acura to friends and family. Thanks again guys for making a car buying experience what it should be!! More
