Ronnie Du Bow gave me the best orientation to my new MDX than I have ever had in my entire time of driving cars - 40 years! I went to this dealership thinking of testing driving the cars but ended up leaving with a new car. The level of service from both the sales representatives and managers on site were excellent. His knowledge of cars, honesty and overall personality was something that made buying a car easy. We worked together on price, options and accessories for my 2011 Acura MDX. He asked me what i wanted to spend, and met my price. I get turned off by high pressure salesmen. Jim, was the exact opposite, taking time to explain every part of the car, every feature without ever even discussing price. Jim and the entire staff at Precision definitely go above and beyond. I am a repeat customer at Precision Acura. This time, my initial inquiry was via the net. I received accurate information on the vehicle of interest and I received a competitive price. I arranged a test drive and my sales rep explained the vehicle in a comprehensive manner. Eric was knowledgeable and spent the appropriate amount of time with me. My only glitch was that the internet quoted price was 8 weeks old and pre-dated the earthquake and other adverse world events. The sales manager said prices increased but was willing to hold the increase to a minimum. It all sounded reasonable so we completed the deal. It was just meant to be. I had been looking for a 350z roadster and after checking dealerships on-line I found that Precision had one on the lot. Jim's interpersonal skills and knowledge of the automobile industry made the purchasing experience a walk in the park. The sales experience with Precision could not have been more stress free. As for the price, I had done my research on the Nissan 350z cars and new what the price point was for the 2006. I was extremely happy with the deal I received and could not have asked for anything better. I was able to pickup my car 2 days after giving the deposit, and on the day of pickup, arrived at Precision to find the car washed and detailed.
