I worked with Troy Chavez on my purchase and found him very helpful and reasonable during price negotiations. He had remembered me from a previous visit and when a car to my liking showed up, he called very helpful and reasonable during price negotiations. As the car was a pretty popular Honda Accord, he knew it wouldn't last long...and it didn't. I bought it as it truly was perfect! Troy was fun to work with and made negotiations not such a bad thing. We arrived at an agreed upon price in short order and then we got the papers going. Louis Acencio in the finance department was also very nice and personable to work with for the finances. As Troy and I were about to say goodbye, I noticed a flaw in the car and Troy immediately had it attended to without hesitation. And that was the icing on the cake. Thanks, Troy. And, good job!
