We went to PreToy last Saturday and found a beautiful RAV4. Hubby needed 'more time' and Joe was very patient and didn't call & nag like some sales people do. As he went to training that afternoon, his colleague, Moustapha, said he was available to help us with any questions and we found him to be very helpful and friendly too. Even Precision Toyota's accountant, Juan, was very friendly and patient with explaining all the details of the security system and extended warranty on the vehicle. Altogether it was a very pleasurable experience and we will not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone we know who needs a new vehicle. More

Talk to Albert...he is super responsive, follows up and really knows both the cars and how the process works. There was no bs"have to see if my manager will go for that " stuff. Well my experience started as I was looking on line at trucks and jeeps and Ed called me and asked what I was looking for and we started talking and so on. From there I came into see ed and look at trucks saw one I liked and another one with a lift kit and tires. talked with Mo about financing, they told me what thay thought my car was worth,(which I didnt completly agree with but they were close) the interest rate is really good though so that made the deal better for me. then I saw Juan and finished talking about financing and some add-ons I liked. So I bought a new truck. All in all the whole was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. Everyone was courteous and frienly and yet professional. Then when my lift kit and tires etc: came in Lance called me and got my truck in for all the add-ons and I asked for a couple of extras and he did everything I asked for and everything he said he would do. and I am totaly happy with my truck.
